Frequently Asked Questions

  • The festival will run a quiet hour on both mornings from 10am - 11am to enable visitors with sensory issues to browse in a quieter environment. Only ticketholders with a Quiet Hour ticket will be admitted during this time to control visitor numbers and noise levels.

    Entry for other ticket holders will be from 11am - 4.30pm and the festival closes at 5pm on both days.

    We ask that you purchase a ticket for the time slot closest to that which you plan to arrive at to enable us to predict visitor flow and ease parking on site.

  • The visitor centre is fully accessible with accessible toilets. Castle Espie has detailed information on their website regarding accessibility here.

    Almost all of the site is level access with the exception of the forest area which has some hilly areas and can be muddy in wet weather.

  • As access to the full Castle Espie site is included in the ticket price, the event is fully family friendly.

  • Due to the nature of the site no dogs are permitted other than trained assistance dogs.
